What does it take to change?  A few stories of hope.

Edgar Schein is an acclaimed writer and MIT professor. His most recent book is entitled Humble Inquiry.  How do we move from telling to asking questions - a key skill in fast moving times.

Where might we clear a bit of clutter? Whether it is in our minds or in our office -- it worth spending a bit of time de-cluttering.

Humility is a virtue of the wise. It provides perpective and an openness to learn.

Patience is a virtue. It is a path to emotional freedom. How do we cultivate it?

What energy am I bringing into this situation? This room? We can be response-able to for the energy we carry.

Reflection and journaling can be enhanced by playing with images and symbols. Start with "Once Upon a Time" and see what happens.

We take in a lot more information then we know.  Sometimes that adds up to intuition. Can we trust it?

Finding the wisdom to deal with what shows up and letting go of how it is supposed to be.

Parker Palmer summarized what is needed to heal democracy is citizens with a combination of chutzpah and humility.  Jim Collins in his research summarized in the book From Good to Great,  found that excellent leaders had the same combination.
