Volleyball Vikes start post season play tonight
-At 7 p.m. tonight, the Vikings’ number-one seeded volleyball team hosts the second round match in Section 7-A playoffs. The 18 and 2 Cook County team will host 10-17-and-1 Duluth Marshall.
Nice fall, but we could get a tough winter -- La Nina
-It’s officially fall, but the weather has been accommodating. Maybe not so much this winter when we can expect cold weather and lots of snow.

Library set to move back in late Nov.
-Work on the new Grand Marais Public Library expansion has gotten to the point where Librarian Linda Chappell can set a move-in target date.
