Singer songwriter Peter Mayer stops by The Roadhouse
-Minnesota based singer Peter Mayer recently performed at the Arrowhead Center for the Arts in Grand Marais. Prior to that performance, he joined Dave and Brian on The Roadhouse. He talked about how he balances family with a music career, and about his unique guitar he brought along for this performance.
Thunderheads rock The Roadhouse
-The Thunderheads made a return stop to The Roadhouse while they were recently in Grand Marais for a couple gigs. The group played some original tunes and spoke with Roadhouse hosts Julie and Dave about the band has been up to. -Axtell duo Julián and Kat joined Monday Night Mix hosts, Sue and Martha and shared some wonderful music and fun stories.

-During a special 20 More Membership Drive edition of Monday Night Mix with Sue and Martha, Cook County's Maria Nickolay joined in and performed some songs she penned while living in Ireland.
Bluegrass band The Thirsty River performs on The Roadhouse
-Twin Cities-based bluegrass band The Thirsty River (Evan Jungbauer, Banjo; Jake Jungbauer, Guitar; David Anderson, Percussion/Keys; Mike Store, Acoustic Bass; Ben Jungbauer, Mandolin) returned to WTIP to play on The Roadhouse. -Regular Roadhouse guest Jim McGowan stopped by The Roadhouse ahead of a couple gigs in Cook County, including one at the upcoming Hovland Arts Festival. Jim played a few covers and spoke with hosts Dave and Brian about what he's been up to over the past year.
Breanne Marie & The Front Porch Sinners make Roadhouse debut
-Breanne Marie & The Front Porch Sinners recently made their first trip to Grand Marais to play a gig at the Wunderbar. -Newly formed group WunderDogs stopped by The Roadhouse to play a few songs and talk with hosts Dave and Brian about how the group came to be. The WunderDogs are Thomas Stamps (Drums), John Mianowski (Bass), and Pete Kavanaugh (guitar).
