Brothers in Arms perform live on The Roadhouse
-A little over a year after making their Roadhouse debut, Brothers in Arms made a return trip to The Roadhouse. They performed a few songs and spoke with Ann and Dave about what the band has been up to.
Brothers in Arms is made up of Joe Peterson on the Drums, Drew Heinonen on guitar, Jim Miller on the guitar, and Jonathan Steckelberg on bass.

Folk duo Curtis and Loretta stop by The Roadhouse

Saints of Circumstance return to The Roadhouse
-Northern Wisconsin band The Saints of Circumstance stopped by The Roadhouse before a recent gig on the North Shore. The group is a quartet of David Blong (guitar), Olaf Kirsten (guitar), Jeff Kriner (drums), and Scott McCafferty (bass). More information about the group can be found here.
Detroit duo Robert Jones and Matt Watroba join WTIP for two special in-studio sessions
-Detriot Duo Robert Jones and Matt Watroba were in Grand Marais for a concert organized by the North Shore Music Association on Friday, October 12. Prior to the concert, they stopped by the WTIP studios for a special Thirsty Boots hosted by Carl Solander, on Thursday, October 11. Then on Friday, they joined Ann and Brian on The Roadhouse. Carrie Nation and the Speakeasy bring their "Brass 'n' Grass" sound to The Roadhouse
-Witchita, Kansas-based group Carrie Nation and the Speakeasy recently made a trip to Grand Marais, and while here, they stopped by The Roadhouse. They performed their unique blend of bluegrass, ska, punk, and Dixieland that they call "Brass 'n' Grass." The group consists of Dal Bulkley (upright bass), Bryce Abood (drums), Jarrod Starling (vocals & guitar), Josue Estrada (trumpet), and Tyler Grubb (trombone and mandolin).
