Fall weather slowly moves in
-The weather will feel a lot like fall this weekend. WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with National Weather Service Meteorologist Mike Stewart about chilly lows and highs in the upper 40’s.
Grand Portage biologist discusses 2016 moose hunt
-The Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa will take a combined total of 10 bull moose in northeastern Minnesota this year.
Forest Service continues work on South Fowl snowmobile trail
-The South Fowl Snowmobile Trail is a popular location for winter recreation. The Forest Service has recently been conducting work on clearing and improving the trail.
