WTIP welcomed 18 musical acts to play live, on-the-air for the 14th annual Radio Waves Music Festival on September 10 and 11, 2021. Here are just a few highlights from the festival, which was a mix of live performances from the small tent outside WTIP and virtual performances from across Minnesota.
