In one of his first official acts of business, new Grand Portage Tribal Chair Robert Deschampe administers the Oath of Office to Committeeperson Marie Spry. He welcomed his Tribal Council colleague in front of a gathering of friends, family and community members in the parking lot of the Old Log Community Building on Tuesday, August 25, 2020.
