Buck and Ann speak with Lori Naumann, Information Director of non-game wildlife with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, about the DNR's webcam documenting the lives of two bald eagles and their young. Neumann discusses past failures with the webcam and this year's successes, including how the camera was set up in the nest's secret location in St. Paul.

Buck talks with Kenneth Neuhams, the founder and publisher of the Duluth Shipping News. Ann Possis speaks with Kurt Carlson, Professor of Marketing at Georgetown's McDonough School of Business and blogger for Psychology Today, about his new study which finds that the number three is very important when making a persuasive argument, along with how creative decision making can lead to a better life.

Buck & Dick welcomed the Clearwater Hot Club to Studio A March 21 for some hot jazz on a cold night. The band is Sam Miltich, Matthew Miltich, Mike Miller & Gary Schulte. They were in town to perform at the DuLutsen Music & Ski Festival at Lutsen Mountain.

Buck spoke Mar. 21 with Prof. Darla Hamann of the School of Urban and Public Affairs at the U of Texas, Arlington. She's the co-author of a recent study showing that walking while you work may boost your productivity as well as benefit your health.

Prof. Clem Pryke is a physics and astronomy professor and experimental cosmologist at the U of MN, and one of the principal investigators on the team that recently discovered evidence of cosmic inflation, proof of the first moments of time after the Big Bang. Prof. Pryke joined Dick Swanson recently to explain what they found and why it's so important.

Buck & Dick welcomed Hovland musician Maria Nickolay to Studio A March 14. Maria is just back from five months in Ireland, Israel, and Palestine, and music played a large part in her adventures. Learn about what she did, and hear some gorgeous vocals.

Ray Crowe, Bigfoot investigator and founder of the Western Bigfoot Society, joined Buck March 14 to talk about his research into Bigfoot. Hear what he believes about where they live and why they're so elusive. Did you know there was a possible sighting last year in northern Minnesota? Ray has written a book titled "Bigfoot Behavior," a collection of anecdotal accounts, available on Amazon.

Dick and Buck welcomed Inuit stone carver Looty Pijamini; Tom Chapman, president of Upper Canada Native Art; and Sivertson Gallery owner/founder Jan Sivertson on the eve of the 14th Annual Inuit Premiere weekend at the gallery. They chatted about the challenge of getting art from remote places out to the world, Looty's evolution as a carver, and much more.
