Dr. Alena Grabowski on the science behind Olympian Oscar Pistorius' artificial feet

Buck chatted Aug. 3 with Dr. Alena Grabowski, research professor at the U of Colorado Boulder Locomotion Laboratory. She's involved in research and testing on people using assistive devices to walk and run, including Oscar Pistorius, the first double amputee to compete in the Olympics. The study found that Pistorius does not receive any net advantage from using artificial feet to run.
