Marcia interviewed Dr. Roxanne Howe Murphy, the author of the book "Deep Living." She talks about the simple things we can to do be happier and more resilient in our lives.
Roxanne Howe-Murphy, Ed.D. is the founder of the Deep Coaching Institute, an internationally accredited, presence–based Enneagram coaching school, and of the Deep Living Institute for spiritual and life practice. The author of "Deep Coaching: Using the Enneagram as a Catalyst for Profound Change" and "Deep Living: Transforming Your Relationship to Everything That Matters through the Enneagram," Roxanne teaches, coaches and leads retreats that support nondualism through the primacy of love, compassion and being surrendered to the Mystery.
