WTIP talks with local student-athlete Will Surbaugh

Will Surbaugh recently graduated from Cook County High School - a year early! He's also enjoyed success in a number of athletic fields during his high school career.  WTIP's Sterling Anderson spoke with Will and his parents to find out more about him.
