WTIP learns more about Minneapolis based SMILE Network

SMILE Network International provides life-altering surgeries and related health care services to impoverished children and adults in developing nations.  Peggy Halvorson is a surgical nurse who volunteers with the organization.  She's also a part-time Lutsen resident, and she joined us on the Roadhouse to tell us what it's like to be a part of this effort.
