Larry Wooding is a seasonal Cook County resident who owns a cabin near the Gunflint Trail. He spends his winters in Hawaii and near his main home in Illinois.
While in Hawaii this year, Wooding contracted the coronavirus. He tested positive for COVID-19 on March 19. Experiencing only mild symptoms, Wooding has now recovered.
WTIIP’s Joe Friedrichs spoke with Wooding about what it was like to become infected with and fight the coronavirus.
