Last weekend marked the 16th annual Inuit Premier at Sivertson Gallery. Inuit throat singers Taqralik Partridge (left) and Nina Segalowitz (right) traveled to Grand Marais to be part of the celebration. They, along with gallery director Abby Tofte, stopped by The Roadhouse to talk about throat singing and what it means, and to demonstrate this amazing vocal form.
