The victim from the shooting that took place on December 9, at the Bluefin Bay Resort in Tofte has been identified as Marcus Lee Roberts, age 35 from Bloomington MN.

Roberts was at the Bluefin Bay Resort in conjunction with a gaming company hired by the resort for entertainment at a holiday party. An autopsy is being conducted by the St. Louis County Medical Examiner’s office.

The suspect, Kirk Lee Bigby will be arraigned on December 11, at 9:30 a.m. at the Cook County Courthouse.
