WTIP just received an update from a spokesperson with Arrowhead Electric/True North Broadband about the technical difficulties with Internet access to approximately 700 customers.

As of 9:15 a.m. Wednesday morning the issue is resolved.

This issue was based on a subscriber's IP address, not the location of the person trying to log on to the Internet. The technical difficulties were the result of maintenance performed Tuesday that led to the problem with IP address connection issues.

If you have another issue with broadband Internet from True North, it would be unrelated to the issue from this morning.

If you have questions, call True North Broadband at (218) 663-9030.
