TV series explores issues of missing Indigenous women in Minnesota

A recent special report, “Missing and Murdered: An Invisible Epidemic,” produced by KBJR-TV news producer Ramona Marozas and hosted by anchor Bonney Bowman, highlights unsolved cases of missing and murdered indigenous women from northern Minnesota.

WTIP’s Joe Friedrichs spoke with Marozas and Bowman about the special report, which includes interviews with families affected by the crisis, as well as authorities who are tasked with the investigations.
