The Johnson Heritage Post Art Gallery and Cook County Schools joined forces to produce the annual Student Art Exhibit at the gallery in downtown Grand Marais. The exhibit features artwork by Cook County Middle and High School students.
A exhibit was introduced at a reception at the gallery on Friday, April 21. In addition to student artwork, refreshments were provided by the Cook County High School Culinary Arts class. The gallery was also filled with live jazz guitar with Briand Morrison.
Artwork will be on display through May 14.
WTIP's Rhonda Silence spoke with Art instructor Priscilla Beck about the show.
