Sen. Franken introduces Zika virus legislation

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have characterized the Zika virus as scarier than initially thought. Sen. Al Franken has introduced a bill in Congress to speed along the vaccine development process.  WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with the Senator on “Daybreak.”
