Sen. Franken to bring a community college competitive grant act to the Senate

By the year 2018, 63% of the more than 46 million jobs that will need to be filled in the U.S. will require at least some postsecondary education.  WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with Minnesota’s U.S. Senator Al Franken about a Community College to Career Act he’s re-introducing in the Senate.
