Seagull Nature Trail impacted with questionable trail clearing

At some point between June and October 2017, a number of young pine trees were cut along the Seagull Nature Trail. The remote corridor is located at the end of the Gunflint Trail.

WTIP’s Joe Friedrichs spoke with Jon Benson, the recreation specialist on the Tofte and Gunflint Ranger Districts, about the Seagull Nature Trail.
