School district faces budget reductions and all the choices will be hard

ISD166 failed to win an operating levy referendum earlier this month and means the school board will have some difficult choices ahead of them. They met in an all-day session this week to review plans, choices and budget options. WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with Superintendent Beth Schwarz about possible reductions to the budget, a bigger fund balance and what’s on the “A” list of cuts.
