There has been a flurry of activity in recent days as School District 166 prepares for the new school year. There are some changes on campus—inside and out. WTIP’s Rhonda Silence recently took a tour.

In this second feature in a three-part series, she explores what will be a new playground at Sawtooth Mountain Elementary. The cost of the project is approximately $93,000.  Principal Adam Nelson, Assistant Principal Bill DeWitt and Maintenance Director Tom Nelson assure the public that the playground will be ready by the start of the school year.
