Tina Deschampe, Grand Portage Tribal Judge, and the daughter of late Tribal Chair Norman Deschampe administered the Oath of Office to Robert "Bobby" Deschampe in front of a small assembly of Band Members, friends and family on Friday, August 21.

After taking the Oath of Office, Chair Deschampe gave a brief statement, part of which is shared here.
