In the vaults under the U.S. Capitol building there are 28 pages of classified documents relating to the financing of terrorists involved in the September 11 World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks.   WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with Eighth District Rep. Rick Nolan about his efforts to declassify those documents, as well as steel dumping issues.
