Soil and Water Conservation District Technical Service Area III is an organization based in Duluth that in recent years has been involved with a variety of important projects in Cook County. Ranging from rain gardens in Grand Marais to a restoration project on the Reservation River, TSA III works throughout Cook County in conjunction with a variety of local agencies and organizations.

WTIP’s Joe Friedrichs recently spoke with TSA III Conservation Engineer Crystal Payment about the organization and the work they do in Cook County and the surrounding area.
