**UPDATE**  Arrowhead Electric has announced that power has been restored to the Maple Hill area of Grand Marais. All customers should have power. If you are still without power, contact Arrowhead Electric. **

Arrowhead Electric members are experiencing an outage in the Maple Hill area of Grand Marais. Areas affected are: Golf Course Road, Gunflint Trail up to Hedstrom Lumber (but not including the mill), School House Road, Devil Track Road to County Road 6, Cut Off Road, Maple Hill Drive, Mort Meadows, and Old Ski Hill Road.
 
This does impact TrueNorth internet service, however phone service is still available.
 
If you have friends or family living in this area that may be in distress due to lack of power, please reach out to them.
 
Arrowhead Operations Assistant Rose Thoreson says, “We appreciate your patience while the crews work safely to restore your power.”
