North Shore Storm shines at Sections

The North Shore Storm, the combined Cook County/Two Harbors cross country running team, had a great showing at the Section 7A meet. 

The Storm boys finished first and the girls' team was second. The runners go on to the 7A State Meet on Saturday, November 4 at St. Olaf College. The girls' race starts at 1 p.m. and the boys at 2 p.m. 

At the Section 7 Meet, some awards were announced. Receiving Coach of the Year honors was North Shore Storm Coach April Wahlstrom. And earning Assistant Coach of the Year was Dan Hebel of Two Harbors who works with Wahlstrom.
