Avera eCARE helps provide emergency support to rural hospitals when needed via telecommunication through the internet. WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with North Shore Health Administrator Kimber Wraalstad about the use of Avera technology at NSH, as well as plans to expand the pharmacy, and more.
