A new zoning ordinance gets first reading

Grand Marais city councilors had a first reading of an ordinance designed to define retail space within the Commercial Industrial zone. WTIP’s Jay Andersen also spoke with Mayor Jay Arrowsmith DeCoux about zoning and vacancies on City boards and commissions.
