New U.S. 30 year climate normals released - here's what's changed in our region

Recently the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) released the new US Climate Normals for 1991 to 2020.
Dave was joined by Josh Sandstrom, a meteorologist with the Duluth office of the National Weather Service, to learn more.
