Entry points here in Cook County are the gateways to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. And in the summer of 2017, individuals, groups or businesses can ‘adopt’ these resources and help ensure they remain open for use.
A new program by the Northwoods Volunteer Connection is set up so volunteers can assist in keeping the entry point areas and access roads clear of vegetation and litter.
