A new look for the Hovland Arts Festival

There are some changes coming to the Hovland Arts Festival on July 7 and 8. WTIP volunteer Brian Neal spoke with one of the organizers, Hella Buchheim to learn more about the new look, about who visitors can expect to see and more.
