New business showcases the North Shore

WTIP Community Radio likes to share news of local businesses—new businesses, new owners, or milestone achievements. WTIP’s Rhonda Silence sat down with a new business owner this week to talk about her new enterprise. Jaye White of Grand Marais is the operator of Exploring the North Shore.

Exploring the North Shore started as a podcast, but morphed into a comprehensive website as Jaye looked for someplace to share all the background information she had garnered, as well as many beautiful photographs of the region. Jaye, an accredited drone pilot, incorporates some awe-inspiring video on the website. 

Although the website is geared toward visitors, North Shore residents will also enjoy the familiar faces and places captured on Exploring the North Shore. They may even find some surprises right in their own backyard.
