New Birchwood Cafe Cookbook features Good Real Food

For 20 years now the Birchwood Cafe has served innovative, sustainable food in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis. Birchwood owner Tracy Singleton and Chef Marshall Paulsen have created a cookbook that helps people get the Birchwood taste at home. Ann Possis spoke with Tracy recently.
