It was National Boss’s Day over the weekend. It may or may not be something you observe, but either way, bosses can play a big part in our happiness at work. Professor Theresa Glomb, professor in the department of work and organizations at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota joined Brian to talk about what makes a great boss.
