Moratorium and possible IRRRB funding to help with city department move

While the moratorium vote on large developments was a good part of the recent city council discussion, other issues like a pending grant to assist with moving the city garage and PUC from the Rec Park were also on the agenda. WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with Mayor Jay Arrowsmith DeCoux.
