The City of Grand Marais proposes to move its current garage complex from the Recreation Park to a new location on Hwy 61 at the top of the hill in west Grand Marais. WTIP's Jay Andersen spoke with Mayor Jay Arrowsmoth DeCoux about the move which has generated some controversy.
