Master Bing returns with Qichong and more

The many North Shore residents who enjoyed meeting Wudang Daoist meditation and martial arts Master Zhong Xue Chao when he visited the North Shore last year will be happy to hear he is returning. Known as “Master Bing” to many, he will once again be teaching a Qichong class and more.

The Qigong class and intro to Wudang Daoist Meditation will be at the 4H building at the Cook County Community Center on Tuesday, March 13, from 7:15 - 9:30 PM.
