Manage stress with mindfulness-based stress reduction

How can we manage stress and enjoy the present moment more of the time?  One way is using mindfulness-based stress reduction.  Dr. Douglas Kennedy, assistant professor at the Center for Spirituality and Healing at the University of Minnesota, joined The Roadhouse and spoke with Dave about this method for handling stress.
