The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, in conjunction with the National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council and the Minnesota 4-Wheel Drive Association, is hosting a series of listening sessions across the northern counties of Minnesota about the Border to Border Motorized Touring Route.

The first of these meetings took place in Grand Marais this week, and WTIP’s Joe Friedrichs was on site and shares this report.
