Local group seeks volunteers to help clean popular BWCAW entry point

The Northwoods Volunteer Connection is looking for people to help with portage repair and trail-clearing projects in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness this summer, including one popular portage located in the Middle Gunflint Trail area. WTIP’s Joe Friedrichs spoke with some representatives from the NVC about the upcoming projects and the group in general.
