The Cook County Creative Economy team invited representatives from Artspace in the Twin Cities to visit the community to do an assessment of living and working spaces for artists. WTIP's Jay Andersen spoke Wendy Holmes, Senior Vice President, Consulting and Strategic Partnerships for Artspace.
