The libraries in Cook County have many friends…and you’re invited to join them.  WTIP volunteer Sherrie Lindskog spoke with Nancy Backlund and Karen Kobey, board members of the Library Friends of Cook County on North Shore Morning.  
 

The Library Friends of Cook County will hold their Annual meeting Tuesday, October 20 at 7:00pm at the Grand Marais Public Library; all are welcome.  The guest speaker will be book conservator Scott Husby, sharing his life with books as a book binder and repairer.  More information from Nancy at 387-1798.
