Hurricane Harvey: How North Shore residents can help

Hurricane Harvey and powerful rain storms in its aftermath continue to create a tough situation in Texas and the Gulf Coast region.

WTIP’s Joe Friedrichs spoke with Dan Williams, the executive director for the American Red Cross based in Duluth, about what Cook County and North Shore residents can do to help out with the situation in the Gulf Coast.
