What do you do when you’re in a bad mood—have a piece of chocolate, maybe, or a glass of wine?

Psychology professor Douglas Gentile suggests that maybe the best thing you can do for yourself is to wish others well.  Professor Gentile is an award-winning research scientist, educator, author, and is professor of developmental psychology at Iowa State
University.  He joined The Roadhouse to tell us about his recent study.
