How changing our diet can greatly reduce our carbon footprint

Food production is a significant part of carbon emissions and thus climate change. A recent study examined real-world diets of thousands of people in the United States and found that we could greatly reduce the carbon footprint of what we eat by changing just one food a day.

Roadhouse host Dave spoke with the lead author of the study, Prof. Diego Rose of the school of public health and tropical medicine at Tulane University in New Orleans.
