Healthier foods are also better for the environment, new research shows

Recent research shows that healthier foods, besides being better for us, also have a lower environmental impact than other foods. This sounds like a win-win and we wanted to learn more. Jason Hill, bioproducts and biosystems engineering professor at the U of MN College of Food, Agricultural, and Natural Resource Sciences, joined Dave on The Roadhouse to tell us more about the study.
