Halloween fun at Birch Grove Community Center

For as long as community members can remember, there has been a Halloween Carnival at the Birch Grove Center in Tofte. For the last few decades, the carnival has been hosted by Birch Grove Community School. Students (past and present), parents, grandparents and friends turned out in force for this event.
