On July 31, a number of local and area leaders gathered for the groundbreaking celebration at 4 Directions Dwellings on Alta Miikana Rd. in Lutsen.  WTIP's Sterling Anderson was there and he spoke with some of the leaders involved with the project after the ceremony.
